The Servion Group Recognized as a 2021 Top 175 Workplace

The Servion Group is honored to have been named to the Star Tribune's list of the Top 175 Workplaces in Minnesota.
Top Workplaces recognizes exceptional Minnesota companies based on measurements of employees’ opinions regarding engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 76,000 employees at nearly 3,000 Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. Rankings were calculated purely based on responses collected by Energage, an independent employee engagement and retention specialist.

Excelling in the Face of Adversity
The Servion Group has enjoyed strong performance and substantial growth in staff recently, having increased staff size by approximately 40 percent over the past two years.
The past 15 months presented unique challenges, but the Servion team came together to overcome them. We implemented a work-from-home program quickly and efficiently to help keep employees safe and healthy. At the same time, we worked diligently to make sure employees were able to stay connected, through online meeting tools and regular live video updates from senior management.
