More than 42,000 companies were invited to compete for the 2022 national awards, which are issued by Energage. On average, fewer than 3 percent of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation.
“Our people-centric culture is the driving force behind everything we do,” said The Servion Group’s CEO Brad Crandall. “This award is a testament to our employees and their dedication to serving our partners. Moreover, being named a Top Workplace after all the upheaval of the past two years shows that we’ve been able to create a durable, lasting culture that helps employees love where they work. That means a lot to us.”
“The companies recognized as Top Workplaces have high performance, people-first cultures,” said Greg Barnett, Ph.D., Chief People Scientist at Energage. “These companies are successful because they put their people at the center of all they do. By prioritizing the employee experience, they are known to out-produce, out-innovate, and out-deliver the competition.”
The Top Workplaces program is based entirely on surveys of employees conducted by Energage, an independent employee engagement and retention specialist. The Top Workplaces USA national award is open to organizations with 150 or more U.S. employees. Nominated companies are evaluated based on results from Energage’s anonymous, research-based employee engagement survey that is powered by findings from 15 years of research and data from more than 23 million survey responses.
The Servion Group has enjoyed strong performance and substantial growth in staff recently, having increased staff size by approximately 40 percent over the past two years.
The past two years have been challenging for employees and management at companies across the country and the world, but the Servion team has navigated through it by focusing on culture. That meant keeping employees safe by implementing a work-from-home program quickly and efficiently. It also meant going above and beyond the norm to ensure employees were able to stay connected, through online meeting tools and regular live video updates from senior management.
We also kept up our culture initiatives, including our Be the Solution Award, which is given to employees who do exceptional things in the course of their jobs. (Learn more about Be the Solution and nominate employees here.)
