Tony Lillie
Chief Credit Officer
Tony Lillie serves as chief credit officer for Servion Commercial Resources, Inc. (CLR), a division of The Servion Group. CLR is a commercial loan underwriting and servicing company that services and/or consults on over 3,000 commercial loans totaling over $4 billion.
Tony joined Servion in 2010 and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He has directed the growth of CLR from a small local company to a national brand which underwrites and services commercial loans in over 40 states.
As chief credit officer, he is responsible for CLR’s long-term strategic planning and he oversees the day-to-day functions within the business, including loan underwriting, portfolio servicing, and supervisory collateral review sign-off.
Tony’s areas of expertise include loan structure and administration, risk rating assessments, portfolio administration and loan policy development. He regularly consults with lending institutions to help them evolve their approaches to commercial lending and related disciplines.
Prior to joining Servion, Tony’s career included roles as vice president at MinnWest Bank, vice president of commercial lending at Landmark Community Bank and vice president of Central Bank. He is a voting member on multiple loan committees and has completed pre- and post-closing loan audits.
Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in business finances from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He and his wife currently reside in Eagan, Minnesota.
